Kelsey brings nine years of experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager, supported by a background in accounting and office management. She enjoys building relationships with her clients and understanding their individual insurance needs, while maintaining strong carrier relationships to deliver reliable coverage solutions. With a detail-oriented approach and a commitment to clear communication, she ensures clients feel supported, informed, and confident in their protection.

Outside of work, Kelsey is active in supporting fundraisers throughout Arkansas and is a strong advocate for breast cancer awareness. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends, reading, playing golf, and traveling with her yellow Labrador, Judge.
